Who this is for
- Clients for whom autism spectrum disorder is part of the diagnostic question
- Referral sources seeking screening alongside a broader evaluation

The Process
What to expect, step by step.
- 1
Referral & consultation
You contact the office and the referral is reviewed for appropriateness. Intake forms are sent, and insurance benefits are verified when applicable.
- 2
Individualized assessment
Testing is selected based on your history, concerns, and referral question — rather than a one-size-fits-all battery.
- 3
Integrated findings
Findings are integrated across clinical interview, standardized measures, behavioral observations, and relevant records.
- 4
Clear report & recommendations
You receive a clear diagnostic picture with practical recommendations for what to do next.
Timeline and cost depend on the referral question and testing required, and insurance coverage varies by plan. Please contact the office to discuss.
Frequently Asked
Common questions.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept self-pay and most major insurance panels. An individual self-pay rate and a sliding scale are also offered. Please contact the office to verify your benefits and discuss fees.
Who do you evaluate?
We evaluate adolescents and adults, as well as selected pediatric referrals when appropriate.
Are services in person or virtual?
Both. Telehealth appointments are available throughout Texas when clinically appropriate; some testing may require an in-person visit depending on the referral question and measures used.
How do I get started?
Contact SK Wellness to start. The referral is reviewed for appropriateness, intake forms are sent, insurance benefits are verified when applicable, and an initial appointment is scheduled.
