SK Wellness Services is a private psychological evaluation practice built around a single idea: an accurate, well-explained assessment gives people something they can act on.
We provide assessments for children, adolescents, and adults, including evaluations for ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, learning disorders, anxiety, depression, trauma, cognitive concerns, diagnostic clarification, immigration hardship cases, and presurgical bariatric assessments. Each assessment uses evidence-based, standardized tools and results in a clear, understandable report designed to guide next steps.
We are testing-focused on purpose. Most local practices lead with therapy; we do not. Clients typically come to us with a specific question — from a physician, a school, an attorney, an employer, or from their own long-running uncertainty — and leave with a written report that answers it.

The practice is led by S. Khan, M.A., LPA-IPA, LPC-S, an experienced psychological evaluation specialist with more than twenty years of clinical and assessment experience across medical, school, forensic, and community settings.
She is licensed as a Licensed Psychological Associate with Independent Practice Authority (LPA-IPA) and a Licensed Professional Counselor - Supervisor (LPC-S), and is certified in conflict resolution and divorce mediation.
Her mission is to help clients gain clarity, direction, and confidence through high-quality psychological assessment.
